React form components for Tailwind CSS

Forms are where inputs come together into a task. Field is the wrapper every control shares: a label, a hint, an animated error and a counter, plus fieldsets and horizontal layouts that put the label above the control on narrow screens. Form Wizard splits a long form into steps with a stepper, per-step validation that can be async, slides that follow the direction and a summary step. Inline Edit turns a value into an editor where it is shown, so a detail page does not need a separate edit screen. CSV Import is a four step wizard for CSV and Excel files: upload, column mapping, row review with inline fixes, and a progress run with a report.

Address Input

About Forms

Invoice Line Items edits the lines of an invoice or quote like a small spreadsheet with VAT per rate, Address Input handles Romanian addresses with county and locality search, Rich Text Editor is a Notion-like editor on Tiptap, and Schema Builder edits extraction schemas field by field. On a phone the wizard switches to a full-screen layout, invoice lines become cards you edit in a bottom sheet, and pickers open as sheets. 1 of the 8 form components is free: the source is open to everyone through the CLI, shadcn and the docs page (the MCP server needs a free account key).
