We want you to be happy with Wingo UI. If it is not for you, here is how refunds and cancellations work.
1. 14-day refund on your first purchase
If you are not satisfied, write to support@wingo-ui.com within 14 days of your first purchase of Pro or Lifetime, from the email address of your account. We refund the full amount, no questions asked. This voluntary refund applies once per customer.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank they arrive within 5 to 10 business days. When the refund is made, Pro access ends, and so does your license to the Pro components obtained with that purchase.
2. Renewals and cancellation
- You can cancel a subscription at any time under Billing in your account. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- Renewals are not refunded. Yearly plans get an email reminder before they renew, so you have time to cancel.
- If you switch from a subscription to Lifetime, the subscription stops renewing. The current period is not refunded pro rata.
3. Statutory right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Consumers in the EU have a statutory right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days. For digital content, this right ends when we start supplying it with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal. Because Pro is unlocked immediately, the checkout asks for this consent.
Our voluntary 14-day refund in section 1 applies anyway, so in practice you can still get your money back within 14 days of your first purchase.
4. Payment problems
If something looks wrong with a charge, please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank. Most issues are quickly sorted out that way. Your payments are listed in your account under Billing, and we send the invoice for each one by email.
