License

1. Definitions

• Components: the source code, blocks, hooks, utilities, design tokens, examples and documentation of Wingo UI, whether copied from the website or installed with the CLI, the MCP server or the shadcn registry.
• End product: a website, web or mobile application, internal tool or other software that you or your client build and that adds substantial value beyond the components themselves.
• Licensee: the one person who holds the account. A company may buy licenses for its employees and contractors, one per person.

2. What you may do

FREEVOX S.R.L. grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, copy, modify and combine the components you are entitled to (the free components with any account or none, all components with Pro or Lifetime) in an unlimited number of end products, for yourself or for clients, commercial or not.

• You may distribute and sell end products that contain the components, in source or compiled form.
• Clients and end users of your end products do not need their own license. A client may keep maintaining the end product you delivered.
• You may let AI coding assistants read, use and adapt the components inside your own projects.
• You may use the components in open source end products, as long as the components are not offered on their own for reuse.

3. What you may not do

• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the components on their own or as a UI kit, template, theme, design system or component library, free or paid.
• Build a product whose main purpose is to let others copy or generate the components, for example a website builder or a code generator offering them to third parties.
• Share your account or API keys, or make Pro source available to people who do not have their own license.
• Use the components to build a competing component library, or to train or fine-tune models intended to reproduce them.
• Remove copyright or license notices from the source files.

4. How long the license lasts

Free components may be used without time limit. Lifetime gives you access to all current and future components for as long as Wingo UI is offered. With Pro, you have access to all components while your subscription is active.

The license for components you obtained while your plan was active is perpetual: after a subscription ends you may keep using them in your end products, including new end products. You lose access to new Pro components, Pro updates and the Pro MCP tools. If a purchase is refunded, the license to the Pro components obtained with it ends.

5. Components from Rare UI

Some components come from Rare UI. They are always free and stay under their own license (MIT with the Commons Clause and an attribution requirement): keep the license header in each file, and if you ship one of these components, credit Rare UI with a visible link to rareui.com. The credits page lists them.

6. Ownership

The components remain the intellectual property of FREEVOX S.R.L. and their respective authors. This license does not transfer ownership. Your end products, and your own changes to the components inside them, belong to you.

7. Termination

If you materially breach this license and do not fix the breach within 14 days of our notice, the license ends. End products you already delivered to clients before the breach are not affected.

8. No warranty

The components are provided as source code for you to review, adapt and test. Except as stated in the terms and required by law, they come without warranty.
