Terms of service

1. Who we are

Wingo UI is provided by FREEVOX S.R.L., Str. Crăițelor nr. 2B, camera 2, 075100 Otopeni, jud. Ilfov, Romania ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@wingo-ui.com. Our full company details are in the imprint.

"You" means the person who creates an account or uses Wingo UI. If you accept these terms on behalf of a company, you confirm that you may bind that company, and "you" also means the company.

2. Your account

You can browse the website and try every component without an account. To buy a plan, create API keys or use Pro features you need an account. We sign you in with a one-time code or link sent to your email, or with a passkey. You can add two-factor authentication.

• An account belongs to one person. Do not share it, your passkeys or your API keys.
• Keep your email address current and your devices secure. Tell us right away if you think someone else used your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if it is higher.

3. Plans and prices

Free gives you the components marked as free, the documentation, the live playgrounds, and the CLI and MCP server for free items. Pro is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly, that unlocks every component, block and hook, including new ones released while your subscription is active. Lifetime is a one-time purchase that unlocks the same as Pro for the lifetime of the product (section 10).

Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

4. Payment, renewal and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe only takes the payment: we issue the invoice for every payment ourselves and send it to the email address of your account. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. For yearly plans we remind you by email before the renewal.

• You can cancel at any time in your account under Billing. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep Pro until then.
• If a payment fails, we retry it for a few days. During that time you keep access. If the payment still fails, the subscription ends.
• If you buy Lifetime while you have a subscription, the subscription stops renewing at the end of its current period. The period already paid is not refunded.
• We may change prices for future periods. We tell you at least 30 days before a change affects your subscription, and you can cancel before it applies.

5. Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract made online. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once the supply has started with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal.

At checkout we ask for exactly this consent, because Pro starts immediately. Independently of the law, we offer a voluntary refund within 14 days of your first purchase, as described in the refund policy.

6. License to the components

Your use of the components is governed by the Wingo UI license. In short: one license per developer, unlimited end products, no resale or redistribution as a UI kit, template or component library. Components that come from Rare UI remain under their own license and must keep their attribution.

7. Acceptable use

When you use Wingo UI, you agree not to:

• share your account or API keys, or give others access to Pro source through your account or keys;
• copy, scrape or mirror the registry, the source files or the MCP server in bulk to redistribute them;
• bypass access checks, rate limits or other technical protections, or overload our services;
• use Wingo UI for anything unlawful, or to harm others or our systems.

We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where reasonable, we warn you first and give you time to fix the problem.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Wingo UI available and up to date, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may improve, change, rename or retire components and features. Components you already copied keep working in your projects. Releases, versions and changes are listed in the public changelog.

9. Warranty and liability

The components are source code that you integrate, adapt and test in your own products. We provide them with care, but you are responsible for how you use them. For consumers, the statutory warranty rights for digital content apply.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where mandatory law requires it. For slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, and then only for foreseeable, typical damage. For business customers, our total liability in this case is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

10. Term and termination

You can delete your account at any time in your account settings. Deleting the account ends any active subscription at the end of its period. We keep invoices and records we are legally required to keep.

"Lifetime" means for as long as we offer Wingo UI. If we ever stop offering it, we will tell Lifetime customers at least 12 months in advance where we can, and the license to components you obtained stays valid.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. We tell you about material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the changes apply.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. For business customers, the courts at our registered office have jurisdiction.
