A pre-launch page: a launch countdown, an email signup with social proof, your place in line with a referral link, teasers and FAQ.

The countdown ticks down to launchAt (it shows a "live" note when the moment passes; without launchAt the page is a plain coming soon page). Pick an optional role (a bottom sheet on phones), type an email and press Join the waitlist or Enter: a bad address shows an inline error, the button spins while onJoin runs, then the form turns into your place in line ("You're #4,813") with a referral link you can copy in one tap and buttons to share it on X, LinkedIn or by email (plus the system share sheet where the browser has one). "Use a different email" goes back to the form. The FAQ is an accordion: Enter or Space opens a question, arrow keys move between them. The split layout puts a phone drawn in code next to the copy; below 1024px it moves under the copy. The header keeps only the logo and Sign in, also on phones. The hero rises in once on mount; reduced motion keeps it still.
