A marketing section that tells the company story as milestones on a vertical rail, a zigzag around a center line or a horizontal scroller.

Read the milestones in order: each one has a marker on the line (an icon tile or a dot), its year, a title, a short paragraph and an optional stat. The current milestone gets a solid marker with a soft pulse and a Now pill. A milestone with an href turns its whole card into one link (Read the story) that lifts on hover and shows the focus ring around the card when tabbed to. In the vertical layout the big years sit in a column beside the rail and stick while their card scrolls past; the alternating layout zigzags the cards around a center line with the year facing each card, and falls back to the rail on phones. The horizontal layout is a snap scroller: swipe, scroll, focus it and use the arrow keys, or press the round previous and next buttons; the progress line under it fills as you go. Reduced motion stops the pulse and makes the arrow buttons jump instead of glide.
