A support home: live search with grouped, highlighted results, topic chips, category cards, popular articles, contact options and status.

Press / anywhere (not while typing elsewhere) to focus the big search in the hero. Results appear under the field as you type, grouped by topic (Getting started, Billing...) with the matching words marked in each title and summary, best title matches first, and the field shows how many articles match. Arrow Down moves from the field into the results, the arrow keys, Home and End walk through them, Enter opens one and Arrow Up from the first (or Escape) returns to the field; Escape in the field clears it. More than five results fold behind Show all. When nothing matches, an empty state offers Clear search and Contact support. The Popular chips fill the search in one tap (tap again to clear). The status pill above the title links to /status and its dot pulses in the status color. Each topic card shows its article count and links to /help/<topic>; each popular article and each contact option (chat, email, community) is one link with the focus ring on the card. The chips scroll sideways on phones, cards stack to one column, and every target is 44px on touch.
